Antonio Pellerano is a Managing Partner of Amrop Italy and a member of Amrop's global Life Science Practice.
Antonio joined Amrop in 2002. He has focused his entire professional career in the HR area. Initially he worked for a public company based in Genova. Subsequently he joined Atlas Europol (ICI Group), as Personnel Manager, afterwards he was HR Director of Tektronix, then HR Director of Baxter and latterly HR Director of Alitalia Cargo.
After a brief experience in Executive Search with IIC Friisberg as a Partner, he joined Alenia Marconi Systems: a JV between Finmeccanica and BAE Systems, as transnational VP HR Director.
Due to Antonio's previous experience as HR Director, he has concentrated his consultancy activity across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in the full spectrum of Life Sciences companies, including established and start-up Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device organizations.
Antonio holds a degree in Economics from the University of Genoa.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
