Dr. Jürgen Paulus is a Partner with Amrop Panelli Motta Cabrera in Brazil.

Prior to his tenure at Amrop Panelli Motta Cabrera Jürgen was an equity Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, and a Principal at Booz & Company for global aerospace, automotive and industrial practices for Latin America and Europe. He worked as Director of Operations for a leading plastics company in Brazil and began his career with the Reckitt Benckiser Group as a Business Controller in Europe. 

Jürgen currently heads Amrop’s automotive and industrial practice in Latin America. He has worked for more than 20 years as a strategic and industrial consultant, an expert in executive search for C- level professionals/Board members and on global transformation projects in Latin America, Europe and the US.

Jürgen has a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and a Masters degree in Philosophy from the University of Mannheim (Germany). Since 1997 he has been a Visiting Professor at the School of Economics (University of Lima), addressing the topic of Global Business Transformation.
