Marcello has been a Partner with Amrop ASA since 2003.

Previously he worked at Heidrick & Struggles International as Partner leader in Italy of the Information and Communication Technology Practice. He also worked for the Healthcare and Industrial sectors. In these sectors he handles most of all senior level management positions for local and multinational companies.

Marcello, before joining Heidrick & Struggles, spent 10 years in Executive Search with TASA International and TMP Worldwide where he worked as Partner in the same practices. He began his career in Honeywell Information System Italy where,  from 1981 to 1990, he was Human Resources Director.

Marcello holds an honors degree in Economics & Statistics from the University of Rome. Marcello focuses his searches in Technology & Media, Energy and Life Sciences Practices operating both in Rome and Milan.
