Andrew is a Partner in Amrop’s Amsterdam office and member of Amrop’s global Consumer & Retail Practice Group and its global Trade & Industry Practice Group. Andrew started his career with General Electric in London and subsequently joined AO Smith Harvestore in Chicago as International Sales & Marketing Manager Europe. Andrew joined Amrop as Partner in September 1983 and is one of the founders of the Amrop Amsterdam office. Andrew graduated in Automotive Engineering at the Auto Technische School and holds a BSc in Agricultural Sciences from Hogere Landbouwschool, both in The Netherlands. A Dutch native speaker, he is fluent in English and German. During the past 25 years in executive search, Andrew successfully supported national and international clients in the recruitment for senior and executive level positions, in various industries and functional disciplines, with a particular focus on Business to Consumer-, Trade & Industry- and Family Owned business sectors.
