Audrius Shoshas is a Managing Partner of Amrop, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Prior to joining Amrop in 2003, he acquired over 12 years business experience, most of them in top management positions in the pharmaceutical/medical sector. During his career Audrius has gained significant experience in mergers and acquisition. Audrius started his business career as a Johnson & Johnson company representative in Lithuania in 1993. Later he worked as a Sales Director, General Director and Vice-President in the leading pharmaceutical wholesale companies AB Farmacija and Tamro. Until joining Amrop, Audrius worked as a General Director in the pharmaceutical production company Sanitas. Audrius’ search experience encompasses a broad range of industries and functional areas. He has built particular expertise in search assignments in the life sciences, technology & media, consumer & retail, industrial, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Audrius graduated from Kaunas Medical University with a Medical Doctor-Surgeon degree. He has also graduated from Somerville Sales and Marketing School, New Jersey, USA. He is fluent in Lithuanian, English, Polish and Russian. For a number of years Audrius has been actively involved in automobile rally sports as a professional codriver. Audrius has been participated in the World Rally Championship for five years; he is also a multiple Lithuanian Champion and Latvian Vice-champion. He also enjoys travel.
