Benoit De Witte started his career in Executive Search in 2004 with a local Belgian firm. Prior to entering Executive Search, he acquired extensive business expertise in positions in Sales, Marketing and General Management. He set up his own company in change & transition consultancy, active in both the consumer and industrial areas. In early 2011 he joined Amrop as a Partner in Belgium.

Benoit developed a through sector expertise in Automotive & Industry, Financial Services, as well as in the Consumer and Retail areas. Furthermore he conducted searches for the public sector and for several professional associations.

He holds a B.A in Law and Marketing, as well as a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from the University of Antwerp. He is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
