Benoit Lison started his career in executive search in 1995, with a local Belgian firm. In 2002, he joined Amrop as a Partner in Brussels. In 2005, he successfully founded his own executive search company. He rejoined Amrop in 2009.

Benoit developed a sector expertise in Telecom, Multimedia, Professional & Financial Services, as well as in the Consumer Industry. He also worked for the Public Sector, both in Belgium and internationally.

He obtained his Master's degree in Economics from the University of Ghent and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from EHSAL Brussels. He is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
