With more than 20 years in executive search, David Mather specializes in CEO, senior-level executive and board searches worldwide and has placed over 350 executives in CleanTech, Technology, Professional Services and Industrial Products companies. He has extensive experience with early stage companies both in the U.S. and internationally. David served as the Director of Professional Staff Selection for Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was responsible for recruiting out of industry to develop the firm’s strategic consulting expertise in technology-related businesses. He also held senior-level human resources and operating positions with Warner Communications, Sara Lee Corporation and Norton Simon. David spent his early career with the Ford Motor Company.

David holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
