Federico has been a Partner of Amrop since 2005, leading search assignments for senior executives and board members for national and international companies.

He has twenty five years of experience in banking, manufacturing, financial consulting as General Manager, Managing Director and CFO in companies such as Ernst & Young, BankBoston, Sociedad Pomalca, Backus Trading, Cerveceria Backus and Johnston, Banco Industrial del Peru and Arthur Andersen. He possesses expertise in Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development.

Federico holds a BBA degree in Accounting at the Eastern Michigan University, USA.

Federico has been Chairman of Peru 2021 and Forum Empresa and Member of the Board of the Mesa de Concertación de Lucha contra la Pobreza (Executive Board of Agreement for the Fight against Poverty), Spirit in Business and Ethos Brazil. Currently Federico belongs to the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Refineria La Pampilla (RELAPASA-REPSOL). He is also a member of the Investment committee of Apoyo Capitales and a Member of the board of Peru 2021, IPAE and Sporting Cristal S.A.
