Francesco joined Amrop Asa in 2011, where he is member of the global Automotive & Industrial Practice Group.
Following an initial experience in renewable energy between 1982 and 1984, Francesco worked as a Consultant in the industrial sector, concentrating on engineering and supply chain projects, focusing on business transformation and improvement, innovation, network design and organizational aspects.
In the consulting industry he first worked in Galgano from 1984 to 1999, where he focused on Total Quality Management for industrial clients in France, Switzerland, Germany and Italy. Subsequently, in PwC Consulting between 1999 and 2002, he led the European Consulting practice on Operations Strategy and on Product Lifecycle Management. Latterly, as an Executive in IBM Global Business Services, Francesco was responsible for consultant supply chain services and for relations with clients in the industrial sector, above all in the Aerospace & Defense Industry.
Francesco has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Milan Polytechnic and speaks French, German, English and Italian. He is the author of “Design to Success”, on engineering and of the essay “Green Business: management of environmental aspects” included in the book “Green Economy, Italy".
