Mr. Furuta set up Amrop Jomon Associates in April, 1996, the first ever Japanese executive search firm of its kind. Prior to founding Amrop Jomon Associates, Mr. Furuta was with Russell Reynolds Associates. Mr. Furuta has now established a market for executive search for Japanese domestic companies and successfully distinguished Amrop Jomon Associates from other search firms operating in this market. He is a past Member of the Board and a Member of the Advisory Board of Amrop.
