Ivan after his graduation from the Law faculty worked at the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences as an expert in the international law. Later he joined as a journalist the Czechoslovak Radio. Afterwards Ivan held various managerial positions and since 1990 worked in the top management of the publishing industry, including six years as the CEO of Mona, the largest Czech magazine publishing house. Ivan joined Dr. Kaufmann & Partner in 2002 as a Partner. His specialization is industry, manufacturing, finance, general management, utilities, media and services. He is oriented on the executive search as well as on personnel consulting, management audits and management consulting. Ivan had passed several professional courses, amongst them the managerial course at Ashridge College, UK, at Stanford University, Cal, USA, and a special Creative Expression Program in The Netherlands. Ivan is fluent in Czech, English and Russian.
