Karl Croke is Managing Director of Amrop Strategis in Ireland and is Chairman of the Amrop in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Karl served with the Irish Army reaching the rank of Captain and subsequently worked for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) in senior Management positions in Ireland and the United States. He joined the Irish Management Institute (IMI) as a Senior Consultant specialising in strategic management and his clients covered a broad spectrum of multi-national and indigenous Irish companies. He has worked widely in the US and Continental Europe and sits on the Board of Executive and Non Executive Directors of a number of Irish companies. He joined Amrop in 1995 and has conducted searches across all sectors. He leads the Board and Financial Services practices in Ireland. Karl has a primary Commerce Degree and MBA from University College Galway. He holds a diploma in M.I.S. from the IMI and has completed Columbia Business School’s Advanced Strategy programme.
