Maciej Bednarczyk joined Amrop in 2008. He is a Partner of Amrop’s Warsaw office. Maciej leads Amrop’s Global Consumer and Retail practice.
Since 1995 Maciej has held a variety of management and executive commercial positions in leading consumer goods companies - TetraPak, Nutricia, US Pharmacia, Diageo and Kompania Piwowarska (SABMiller). Before joining Amrop, Maciej spent 2 years in Slovakia with responsibility for Sales, Marketing and integration issues in the country’s largest brewery, newly acquired by SABMiller. Maciej’s experience and expertise includes business and marketing strategy, multi-cultural leadership, regional and international expansion issues, people management and M&A.
Maciej Bednarczyk has MA degrees in Economics from Warsaw Agricultural University and in International Marketing from University of London. Maciej is fluent in English and conversant in Russian and Slovak. Maciej enjoys literature, jazz and classical music; he is an expert in the development of motor industry. He is married and has two daughters.
