Nadim El Said is the founding partner and Managing Director of Amrop Rasd.

He started his professional career in engineering and project management with Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC). He later joined SOGEX International Ltd., an engineering and construction group, as Partner, Executive Vice President and Executive Director. He also served as Chairman of the affiliate Gustav Pegel & Sohn of Berlin, Germany. He later headed the Project Management Division of the Manufacturing & Building Company (MABCO).

Nadim is a graduate of American University of Beirut with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He also holds a Masters degree in Management Science from Purdue University in Indiana, U.S.A.
