Dr. Tsuji joined Amrop Jomon Associates in 2001. Before joining Jomon, Dr. Tsuji worked for McKinsey & Company, Inc., Japan, where he was engaged in various projects such as new business strategy development, R&D management, organization design, etc, for mainly industrial companies, IT companies and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to that, he was with Nippon Steel Corporation working on product development of graphite fiber composites at their Advanced Technology Research Laboratories.

Dr. Tsuji holds BS and MS in Naval Architecture from the University of Tokyo, and Ph.D. in Aeronautical and Astronautical engineering from Stanford University. Dr. Tsuji is a member of the Amrop Board.
