Rafal Myler joined Amrop partner firm in 1995. He is a Partner of Amrop’s Warsaw office, and a member of the Automotive and Industrial Practice. Since 1995, Rafal has completed over 250 projects for leading international and local companies initially in western Poland (Wielkopolska). Over time, his practice has grown to encompass the entire country. Rafal has developed particular expertise in industrial manufacturing, business services, construction, and retail sectors. He works closely with CEE region’s leading private equity investors. He has extensive experience in management audit as well as in the areas of change management, lean management (TPS) and continuous improvement. Rafal has an MA degree in Economics from Poznan University of Economics and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University in the UK. Born in Poland, Rafal has lived in Germany and is bilingual in Polish/German, in addition to fluency in English and Russian. He is passionate about running, medieval history and automobiles. Rafal has two daughters.
