One of India's most senior and experienced corporate leaders, Ramesh has been pivotal in developing companies, businesses and industries across multiple countries. Known for his entrepreneurial energy and zeal, Ramesh brings powerful problem solving and networking skills.

He has served as a trusted advisor to top leaders of international groups. Ramesh works with the Amrop Partner Team to discover and build new practice areas including in the in government, not for profit spaces. He is also Amrop’s brand ambassador in industry affairs. Ramesh is an electrical engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, with Advanced management education from Henley School of Management, UK. As its Founder Executive Director, Ramesh is known for building the American Chamber of Commerce India Chapter as a leading industry body.

His prior experience is in the public sector as Chairman and MD of the National Industrial Development Corporation. Also in the private sector, he had a long career with the Tata Group in Tata Consulting Engineers and Tata Projects. As a visible industry leader, Ramesh has served on many public policy bodies and councils set up by the Governments of different countries
