Richard joined Amrop Battalia Winston in January of 1997 as a Partner in the firm's Industrial Practice. Prior to joining Amrop BWI, Rich's 20+ years in executive search included three years as a Principal in a growing Chicago search practice, Vice President with A.T. Kearney International and 10 years as the National Financial Services Industry Practice Leader in the Executive Search Practice of "Big 6" Public Accounting/Tax/Consulting Firm, Coopers & Lybrand (C&L).

Rich is active in several professional organizations including the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and as a presenter/seminar leader to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Rich is also involved with his community and church, where he has served in lay leadership roles.
