Rob’s early roles were as an auditor, then Financial Controller and Company Secretary, followed by seven years with PriceWaterhouse Management Consulting. At one point he was seconded as General Manager of a prominent Australian Federal Government business. Then as General Manager Customer Service for Myer Grace Bros, he was responsible for the enhancement of service delivery of 30,000 retail staff across Australia. Joining the AXA Group, firstly with a national customer service responsibility he was then transferred to Hong Kong with profit responsibility for all corporate business. Concurrently, the Hong Kong Government appointed him as an independent specialist adviser in their successful launch of compulsory retirement saving. Prior to joining Cordiner King in 2002 he was a Partner of PwC Consulting, advising clients throughout Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States. Rob works on searches for Chairs, Directors, Partners, CEOs and direct reports to CEOs. Rob has a Business Degree. In 2006, Rob was elected to the Global Board of Directors of Amrop. In 2007, he was appointed Amrop Vice Chairman, Asia Pacific, with responsibility for our firms in Australia, China & Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Rob sits on the Amrop Executive Committee and Membership Committee and has responsibility for Amrop’s 10 global practice groups.
