Roberto Hall is CEO of Amrop Top Management - Amrop’s Colombia office, a company belonging to the Ibero-American network, owned by the Spanish Group Seeliger & Conde.  He is also a member of the Amrop Board.

Roberto started his professional career as a Consultant in Human Resources, opening the division in charge of selecting Executives in Colombia & Venezuela with Top Management International, former Recruiting Division of Ernst & Young. Over 18 years of experience in the selection of high-level human resources. Founder of the first employment portal in Colombia called “Elempleo.com” in association with Casa Editorial El Tiempo (Colombia’s major newspaper). He is also an active member of the Committee for Amrop's Automotive and Industrial practice.

Roberto is a Business Administration graduate from Universidad del Rosario and E.A.N., Escuela de Administración de Negocios (“Business Administration School”); Program for Business Presidents at Los Andes University. Further training in Management & Leadership, Change, YEO, Mexico City University "At the Edge of Change" Feb. 2002; Management by Competences and Advanced Application of Management Audit in the Search and Evaluation of Executives by Eurotalent, Toronto March 2002.

Roberto is a member of several Boards of Directors such as; Servex International - Hermann Miller and Member of the Canadian Colombian Chamber of Commerce . On the other hand he is also a Board member and founder of YEO (Young Entrepreneurs Organization) in Colombia and a member of the Colombian Chapter of YPO (Young Presidents Organization).
