Ulrich Dade is Chairman of Amrop since June 2009. Ulrich joined the executive search business in 1986 as one of the founding partners of Delta Management Consultants in Germany. In 2000 he joined the Board of The Amrop Hever Group and was appointed Chairman from 2001 to 2003. He then served as Vice Chairman until 2008 and headed the worldwide Automotive and Industrial Practice Group until 2007. Prior to 1986 he held various Managing Director and Board positions in leading engineering companies. Ulrich has significant experience in first line Management with a strong focus on the automotive / engineering, consumer goods / retail and private equity sectors. Ulrich completed studies of economics and business administration in Düsseldorf. Ulrich’s personal interests are literature, travel and sports.
