Zdenek is the founder of the company Dr.Kaufmann & Partner. He graduated in Commercial Law and Management. He began his executive search career in Prague in 1993, focusing on utility and banking and finance for several prominent firms, including setting up the markets practice for Intersearch. Before relaunching Amrop in Czech Republic, Zdenek was a Managing Partner and Head of Transearch International in Prague His specialization is IT, utilities, telecommunications,public and government sector, as well as top management, particularly Board of Directors and Supervisory Board positions. Zdenek is a member of the Lions Club, AESC, BDU, as well as Czech Institute of Directors, Member of the Society for the Embellishment of South Bohemia and Member of the Honorary Board of Junior Achievement, the Foundation of Tomas Bata.
