Tiina Keskküla is a Managing Partner of Amrop, based in the Tallinn office.
Tiina started her business career as an entrepreneur in tourism industry after Estonia gained independence in the beginning of 1990-ies. Prior to that, the Estonian National Athletic Association as the Chief Manager of Estonian Gymnastics employed her for eight years.
She started with executive search in Estonia in 1993, being the pioneer of this industry in the Baltic markets. During the years Tiina has conducted around 200 projects for leading multinational companies in all of the three Baltic countries.
Tiina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Tallinn Pedagogical University; she has also graduated from the Professional School of Psychology in Tallinn. Tiina is fluent in Estonian, English, Russian and Finnish.
