Catherine is a Partner with Amrop Knightsbridge in Calgary. She entered executive search in 1992 with Price Waterhouse Executive Search where her initial assignments were in financial services. Catherine then spent twelve years with Conroy Ross Partners where she was involved in every aspect of the search process from business development to research, interviewing, candidate assessment and client management.

Over the past 19 years, Catherine has conducted searches at executive/managerial and senior technical levels. She has built a number of leadership teams in oil and gas, manufacturing, not-for-profit and the oilfield service sector.

Catherine is a Certified Human Resource Professional and an active member of the Human Resource Association of Calgary.

She is very involved in the community and volunteers for the Canadian Cancer Society and the United Way. 

In her spare time, Catherine enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and is an avid runner.
