Dale Winston is the Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Amrop Battalia Winston. She joined the firm, then known as Battalia & Associates, in 1983 and was named President in 1986. In recognition of her significant contributions to the growth of the organization, the firm was re-named Battalia Winston in 1991. Dale assumed the position of Chairwoman and CEO in January, 1997. Dale is also a member of Amrop’s Global Governing Board serving as Vice Chairwoman-Americas. Dale’s career in executive search spans over 25 years. Nationally recognized as an expert in executive search, management development and organizational planning, Dale is a widely sought after speaker on the impact of these issues on major corporations. She has been featured in many media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, CBS News, CNN, CNBC and U.S. News and World Report. A graduate of Finch College with a B.A. in Psychology, Dale is active in her community. She is a member of the Urology Research Program Advisory Board of N.Y.U. School of Medicine and has served as a Board member and Chair of the Communications Committee of The Association of Executive Search Consultants. In 2003, the Association of Executive Search Consultants awarded Dale the Gardner W. Heidrick Award for outstanding contribution to the executive search industry. In 2008, Business Week recognized Dale as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Headhunters in the World. Dale is married and has two sons. She enjoys golf and travel.
