A founding member of Landelahni Business Leaders in 1996, and the Amrop South Africa partner since 1997, Sandra has 20 year experience in Executive Search, working with blue chip companies in SA and multinationals across sectors.  Her expertise in executive search in recent years focuses on manufacturing, construction, infrastructure and mining, but extends to key appointments in academic, state owned enterprises and the charity sector.    Sandra chaired the Board Practice for Amrop for five years, expanding the board services offered by the Amrop partners around the globe, whilst developing a substantial board practice in South Africa.  Since launching the board practice in SA in 2001, Amrop SA has placed more than 200 independent directors in diverse sectors spanning electricity, water, roads, construction, property and asset management and mining.   Amrop SA is perfectly positioned to partner with companies which recognise that human potential is becoming the only way to organisational success.
