Gabriela Nguyen-Groza is the Founder and Managing Partner of Amrop Luxembourg. She is specialised in Executive and Board Search, and she advises her clients on C-Suite and Board topics related to Leadership Assessment and Development, Succession Planning and Executive Onboarding, Diversity & Inclusion, Board Evaluation, Effectiveness and Composition, Board and Executive Alignment.

Prior to founding Amrop Luxembourg, Ms. Nguyen-Groza started the country’s Korn Ferry office, being a Senior Client Partner and working on C-Suite and Board search assignments as well as on Advisory mandates. She commands an extensive national, regional and international experience and executive network. Her experience spans a multitude of non-executive and executive positions (Chairman of the Board, Independent director, Chief Executive Office, Chief Financial Officer, Chier Risk Officer, Head of Data Monetization, Partners in law firms etc.).

Her expertise in executive search is completed by her activity as a trusted advisor for Boards, Chairs, CEOs and their executive teams, working across a range of sectors, from Finance to Industry and Digital, to the top teams of private equity firms, across various global industrial and fast-growing technology companies. She is quick to grasp the sector challenges and nuances while bringing rigour, insight, care and pragmatism in her approach.

Active on the Luxembourg market since 2008, she has previously worked with a local executive search boutique. Prior to that, she developed her in-depth knowledge of the local and European market as a consultant in the Luxembourg investment fund industry, working with international investors.

Ms. Nguyen-Groza started her career as a journalist in Romania, where she studied law and journalism. She also holds a Masters degree in Political Science from the University of Sorbonne, France. She is fluent in Romanian, English and French and she also speaks Italian and Spanish.
