Amrop is pleased to welcome 3 Partners to its global team of professional consultants.

Giacomo Santucci has joined Amrop ASA as a Partner in Milan.
Bruce Walton has joined Amrop Battalia Winston as a Partner in Boston.
Michael Reuter has been promoted to Partner at Amrop Delta in Frankfurt.

Giacomo Santucci has significant experience in the world of luxury goods, having worked with numerous iconic brands, including Salvatore Ferragamo, Gucci Group (CEO, Industrial Operations Division and CEO, Gucci Division), Prada (CEO, Board Member, General Manager and President of Helmut Lang), Giorgio Armani and Fendi. Giacomo has also worked in Management Consulting with McKinsey and Value Partners. In 2004 he founded his own Consulting firm, "Creative Consulting", providing a range of consulting services to private equity funds and fashion companies.

Bruce Walton has more than 25 years of executive recruiting experience, primarily for CEO’s and their direct reports to mid-cap industrial, technology and family-owned businesses. Before joining Amrop, Bruce was a Managing Director at Conley & Company, a boutique executive search firm in Boston. Prior to that he was a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles after ten years as a recruiter with Russell Reynolds Associates. Before entering the search industry, Bruce spent seven years in sales and regional marketing roles with IBM.

Michael Reuter began his career as a Strategy Consultant in Europe and USA for Gruber Titze & Partner/Gemini Consulting. He then became Managing Director Germany for Connect Communications Ltd. (London), an international outsourcing company. He moved into Executive Search in 1998 and joined Amrop Delta in 2003, and was promoted to Partner at the end of 2009. Michael acts as EMEA Practice Leader for Amrop’s Technology & Media Practice.
