Our 5 partners have a combined tenure of almost 50 years with the firm; clients and candidates get full benefit of retained knowledge. All of our partners have broad multicultural and/or industry experience. Everything we do for clients is put in proper context. Today we are an ambitious, dedicated, driven team of 16, including 5 partners. We begun as a generalist organization which over the years developed industry and specialty practices. These are: banking/financial services, consumer goods/retail, family owned businesses, industrial, private equity, professional services, and real estate. The majority of our projects involve board level and management team positions for leading local and international companies.
