Avril Kellett is a Managing Partner of Amrop UK. She has over 20 years' experience and conducts searches across a broad range of sectors.

Avril is a trusted advisor to Executive Boards for their C-Suite Hires. She works with Financial Service and Private Equity firms looking to hire the best talent for growth, transformation and change agendas.

Throughout her extensive career in executive search, Avril has worked exclusively with financial services clients. In the early part of her career she focused on both geographical and sector coverage for investment banks looking for talent in advisory roles, debt and equity capital markets and derivative solutions, leveraged finance, and structured finance.

She began her search career at Korn Ferry before becoming a co-founder of a boutique search firm where she led the global research function. She has since been a Partner in a couple of financial services boutique search firms in London where she set up the global research function in addition to her role in establishing the firms' investment banking and private equity practices.

Avril graduated with a BA in Business Studies from Humberside University.
