Cécile Brisbois worked for 26 years for multinational FMCG companies (Nielsen, Colgate-Palmolive, and Bourjois) where she held senior positions in business development, product development and marketing. She was member of the Steering Committee of Bourjois.

Before joining Amrop Belux, she founded her own consulting company, advising leading Benelux retail brands in market research and business development.

With her track record in the FMCG corporate domain, blended with an entrepreneurial and performance-focussed mindset, Cécile’s core interest lies in the fusion of human and business development. She has a particular appreciation for team evolution in challenging business environments.
