Clarisa is Managing Partner at Amrop Argentina and a Member of Amrop's Regional Business Development Committee in Latin America. She participates in all Regional initiatives, webinars and other communication events.

At Amrop Argentina, Clarisa leads most diversity and inclusion related projects, with focus on the development of top female talent. She has written several articles related to this subject and is a member of ACDE Mujer.

Her second area of expertise is digital talent. Since 2015, she has advised numerous companies in their digital transformation journey, nurturing the development of digital competencies. She actively promotes the digitization in Boards and the C-level, as well.

Clarisa has a Law degree from Buenos Aires University Law School, and a Masters degree in "Non Governmental Organization Management" from San Andrés University, and she has completed further law and negotiation instruction courses at Harvard University in the USA. She started her career at Deutsche Bank and continued at EFG Bank, both based in Buenos Aires. She then moved on to Executive Search, working for different local and international firms. She joined Amrop Argentina in 2011.

Clarisa has traveled extensively. She is a passionate rower and trekker, and regularly visits most National Parks in Patagonia and elsewhere. She has entered multiple competitions, thoroughly enjoying the different outdoor group dynamics.

"I envision a healthy and strong Amrop Latin America. One Region, as a whole, catering for Regional and Global clients, who seek cross-border talent. And I see such talent growing in diversity and digitization, and Amrop working towards its best inclusion."
