David has a strong leadership experience from different positions and 13 years of experience from leadership assessment and development.
David works exclusively with Leadership Services, both in search processes and in larger strategy driven Leadership Assessment projects, and with Executive Development in the form of executive coaching and management team development.
Before joining Amrop in 2015 David worked for 8 years as a country manager and global partner for an international leadership assessment business and before that as a consultant manager for a company specialised in international leadership development programs.
David’s core expertise is assessing, identifying and developing talent in leaders. He has a strong managerial and leadership experience combined with extensive practice in international leadership development programs, management team development and leadership assessments.
In addition to his partner role in Stockholm, David is a member of the global core team for leadership assessments with the functionality providing guidance and expertise to Amrop’s Leadership Assessment practice.
David is a Chartered Psychologist and holds a degree in computer system science.
