Guilherme has been working since 2006 as a talent management consultant for national and multinational companies in projects with Brazilian and Latin America scope. He is current the partner in charge of the technology and professional services practices at Amrop 2Get.

Guilherme is experienced in leading search projects and assessment of senior executives from telco, software, hardware, services, consulting, internet and digital pure player’s companies, leading the functional practice of CIO’s/CTO’s/CDO’s and Legal & Compliance.

Enthusiastic about digital transformation and its impact on business and talents, Guilherme has been a guest speaker at dozens events in the country in the past few years.

Prior to that he worked as a litigator and regulatory telecommunications lawyer, both at global companies like Nokia and British Telecom (BT), as well in a recognized Brazilian law firm - Veirano Lawyers.

Guilherme Maciel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is registered at São Paulo Bar Association, has an MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral and Sauder School of Business (UBC).
