Guillermo Heins

Guillermo is a Partner of Amrop Top Management in Colombia, managing the Caribbean office since 2010.

A results-oriented professional with more than 35 years of experience in companies such as E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co (1973), Guillermo was President of the Andean, Central America & Caribbean Regions including several responsibilities in Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil and USA. He then became Manager at Heins und Möller in year 2007.

Guillermo is skilled in leadership processes, general and strategic management, strategic planning, corporate governance, HR and coaching. He is a Chemical Engineer from Universidad del Atlántico, attended Wharton, Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management) as well as Universidad de los Andes.

Guillermo is an active member of several Board of Directors such as Intertug (maritime services), El Heraldo (media), CTSA (public works & engineering), Grupo Argos (Cement and Energy), The Center for Leadership (CLG) and several foundations such as Endeavor, Universidad del Norte & ProBarranquilla.
