Since 1995 Maciej has held a variety of management and executive positions in leading consumer goods companies – TetraPak, Nutricia, US Pharmacia, Diageo and Kompania Piwowarska (SABMiller). In those roles he held Board positions three times and acted as a Managing Director of a Life Science company.
Maciej’s experience and expertise includes large business unit management, business and marketing strategy, multi-cultural leadership, regional and international expansion issues, people management and M&A.
Maciej has MA degrees in Economics from Warsaw Agricultural University and in International Marketing from University of London. He is fluent in Polish and English, and conversant in Russian and Slovak.
