Prior to founding Amrop 2GET, Paulo worked as an operational partner during the IPO process of a real estate company, in partnership with Galícia Investments (a Brazilian private equity firm), and he also worked almost 20 years as an executive in Marketing and Sales in Industry.
Paulo has strong experience working with clients in both the Consumer Products and Industrial sectors. At Amrop 2GET, he conducts executive search for CEOs, general managers, and CSOs (Chief Sales Officer). Paulo also focuses on private equity and family business succession. He is active in Amrop 2GET’s CEO Succession and Chief Sales Officers Practices.
Paulo earned a BA in Marketing and Advertising in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and is an Alumni from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
