Sandy is a Managing Partner at Amrop UK with core experience across Industrial, Engineering & Manufacturing sectors, and Transport & Infrastructure; he is a Co-Leader of Amrop's Global Industrial Practice.

Sandy demonstrates over 15 years UK & International experience advising Boards & HR, executing retained senior executive searches at Board, C-Suite and N-1/2 levels in organisations.

He has worked with public and private companies within Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Packaging, Chemicals, FMCG, Transport, Nuclear and Renewable Energy.

Prior to joining Amrop UK in 2016, Sandy spent 8 years as a Senior Partners and Head of the Industrial & Infrastructure practice at a London based boutique executive search and advisory business.

Sandy studied Economics & Management at Brunel University after which he spent 5 years working on the private staff of Lord Stanley Fink, former CEO of Man Group.

Sandy is an accredited Hogan Psychometric assessor.
