Saša Fajmut has 10 years of experience in HR, working for multinational as well as domestic companies. During this time, she developed from HR Generalist to Head of HR roles with responsibility for people and organisations located across the Adriatic region. She gained experience in the Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Banking and Engineering sectors.
Saša joined Amrop in August 2016 as Director, Leadership Services, working on leadership assessments and development. Her last assignment prior to joining Amrop was Head of HR in a privately-owned company where she was responsible for establishing all strategic and operational HR processes. She also worked several years for the largest banking group in Adriatic region where she was responsible for leadership assessment and development. In addition to this role, Saša designed and implemented many strategic HR processes such as the competency model, performance management, incentive system, talent calibration, succession planning, career & development planning.
In all her HR roles, Saša‘s biggest focus was building a high performance culture, raising the bar for the HR community in terms of internal customer service and being a true business partner to all management levels. She also led the audit process for the Top Employer certificate which proves the employer's excellence in HR practices and employee conditions.
Besides a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, Saša also completed an Executive MBA programme in Zagreb.
Saša is proficient in English, Croatian and Serbian, with basic knowledge of French and Latin.
