Siiri Sutt joined Amrop Estonia in 2020.

Siiri has over 20 years of international experience in executive search, talent assessment, intercultural trainings and coaching; she is helping companies to onboard their foreign employees and develop cultural awareness in multicultural teams.

Siiri has lived and worked in Estonia, USA and Luxembourg.

Prior to joining Amrop she worked in Deloitte Estonia as HR/Global Mobility Consultants, was involved in IMF and World Bank Family Associations in Washington DC and she has spent 8 years as Senior Consultants at local executive search and advisory company Fontes in Estonia.

She has conducted hundreds of successful recruitment and assessment assignments in a variety of sectors, including Industrial and Production, Consumer Products and the Public Sector. She was responsible for executive-level search projects in Estonia and Baltic countries. In Luxembourg, Siiri was a Consultants for a worldwide organization Dwellworks, where she conducted cross-cultural and adaptation workshops for expats.

Siiri holds a degree from Tartu University and she is a certified cross-cultural trainer. She is also a member of SIETAR Europa (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research).

Siiri speaks fluent Estonian and English, and can converse in Russian and Finnish.
