With over 17 years’ Pan European Line Management expertise in both Commercial and Research and Development settings, Tom has extensive experience creating winning value propositions, sourcing globally for key talent, implementing appropriate assessment and selection techniques and ultimately hiring executive level professionals across Research & Development, Commercial, General Management and Corporate Functions. Whilst working with established multi-nationals, he has also assisted US headquartered specialty and orphan drug companies in the establishment of their European infrastructure.
Tom joined Amrop UK in 2016 from Euromedica, a boutique life sciences executive search company where he was Senior Partner. Prior to that Tom spent 10 years at Pfizer Ltd where he was Head of Talent Acquisition for R&D – Europe, working with key stakeholders to drive the Company’s Talent Acquisition strategy.
BPS Level A and B qualified, Tom has a keen interest in Occupational Psychology, Personality Profiling, etc., ensuring the right cultural fit for candidate and company.
