Carl Jacob joined Amrop Norway in 2021. He has over 25 years' experience as an executive in large companies in the Technology sector, in both Country, Nordic and EMEA positions. Examples include Head of a product line across EMEA at Oracle, Country Manager for Siebel Systems in Norway and various top leadership positions in Norway and across the Nordics at Oracle.

Carl Jacob has comprehensive experience in managing commercial teams. Through advising customers' top management and IT departments on the use of Enterprise Applications like ERP and CRM, he has developed a unique understanding of best practices across most business processes in a large variety of industries. His years in companies continually undergoing rapid organizational change has also equipped him with solid change management skills.

He has experience from several boards, and has strengthened this with specialized education in management at board level.

Carl Jacob's main focus is on helping our clients recruit, assess and advise leaders at the board- and C-level in the commercial sector in Norway.

He holds a Master in Industrial Economy and Technology Management from NTNU, supplemented by several rounds of executive education at INSEAD, AFF v/NHH and BI.
