Cecile Hofer is a joint Managing Partner of Amrop Singapore, Head of Global Financial Services of the Amrop Partnership, and Founder of Paresa Collection. She has extensive experience in board and C-suite appointments and leadership consulting, advising midsized and large corporations, including family-owned enterprises and venture capitalists, regionally and globally.

For over 30 years, she has advised on top-executive searches and board services - and as a sought-after consultant on diversity hiring complexities, talent management and development during the transition and change shaping our digital era today.

As a generalist, she works in consumer-related industries, including luxury, hospitality, financial services, private equity, and life sciences.

As Amrop Singapore expands, much of her focus is on developing the next generation of leaders, sharing knowledge and bits of wisdom and embedding the highest standards in values and methodologies, quality client management, and candidate care.

Based in Singapore, she also serves as Council Member Asia Pacific & Middle East of AESC, representing the regional interests of members of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC).

As the Founder of Paresa Collection, a bespoke ecosystem and panel of experts, faculty members and seasoned business leaders, she is the creative mind and adviser for delivering top-level think tank retreats with curated content for the Board, Management and Entrepreneurs of the enterprising Global Business community held at unique locations around the world.
