With +15 years of experience in the field, Cristina has worked in the Executive Search industry since 2003 with international firms and has recently joined Amrop Romania as Senior People Adviser.

In the course of her career, Cristina was part of the team that started-up Stanton Chase in Romania and set-up from scratch the Technology Practice, initially as a Consultant and then as Head of Technology Practice and Partner within the Romanian office. Subsequently, in 2011 Cristina joined Pedersen & Partners in Romania as Principle, focusing on Consumer Products and Retail practices.

Cristina brings experience in managing complex executive search projects, executive assessment and outplacement. She operates in industries such as FMCG, professional services, private equity, telecommunications, banking, manufacturing, pharma having a successful track record of closing +400 searches in her career.

Cristina studied Psychology and she is an international certified assessor by A&DC UK (Assessment and Development Center). Cristina speaks fluent English.
