Ellinor Louise Jansson is a Research Associate at Amrop Norway.

Louise holds two bachelor degrees from Høyskolen Kristiania. One in HR and personnel management, and another in HR, technology and digitization management. She started her career as a HR consultant before she joined Amrop in March 2022. Prior to this she did an internship abroad on the island of Oahu, where she did humanitarian work and studied leadership.
