Laurine Waterreus is a Research Consultant at Amrop the Netherlands. She joined Amrop in 2016 as a Personal Assistant and was promoted to Research Consultant in 2021.

After high school Laurine started at the Endemol Academy in Amsterdam. She studied Script Writing for Film & Television. She really enjoys writing, also poems and short stories. But during her study she found out that she likes it more as a hobby than she would like to make it her profession.

After the Endemol Academy, Laurine started at the University of Amsterdam (Hogeschool van Amsterdam) to study Pedagogy. In addition to her studies, she has always looked after children as a part-time job. Since she always enjoyed this very much, this study really appealed to her. In 2016, during her study Pedagogy, Laurine started at Amrop the Netherlands as a General Assistant. Later that year she started working as Personal Assistant of Willem Ledeboer. She was not educated for such a job and had to explore a lot, but she likes a challenge. She has been working for Amrop with great pleasure for 6 years now.
