Partner’s Quote:

"We are in an era of accelerating pace of technological evolution, changing business scenarios and increasing frequency of geo-political, climate and economic disruptions. These create immense opportunities for innovative and adaptable leaders and challenges for old ways and orders. The shelf life of effective strategies is reducing, and obsolescence of tested and trusted ways is accelerating. The ability to sense, recognize and adapt to change, learn and apply new ways, while managing risk and achieving execution excellence is now critical. Enterprises and leaders that build an agile and adaptive culture, which is rooted in realism, keeps stakeholders close and senses changes to continuously experiment and evolve will succeed and grow. Leaders will need more cross-functional and cross-industry experience so that they can learn from diverse business models, sense opportunities and disruptions and align enterprise functions for to steer the enterprise quickly in new direction. Leadership and culture are now more significant predictors of success of enterprises than ever before compared to tenure and past track record. “
