Amrop Announces New Partner Hires in Denmark, India and Poland


Amrop announces the recent addition of four Partners & Principals within its global partnership of executive search professionals.

Dr. Ritu Garg leads the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice in India. A clinician turned management professional, Ritu has over 12 years of experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. She brings a deep understanding of the Healthcare ecosystem, including business performance drivers, growth opportunities and challenges of organizations especially in the growth phase. Before joining Amrop she worked at Sakra World Hospital as VP Medical Strategy and Business Development, where she led the blueprint design for expansion strategy and medical program planning for the Group. She also spent a number of years at Fortis Healthcare, most recently as Head of Strategy and Medical Alliances.

Lukasz Kiniewicz has held senior management & executive positions (including CEO) in a number of high-tech & telecom companies. Prior to his operational roles, Lukasz spent 10+ years in management consulting (A.T. Kearney, IBM, Accenture), leading projects in Europe & the Middle East. His expertise includes strategy, CRM, business processes, systems integration and project management in the Telecom, High-tech, Payments and e-Commerce sectors. He is a member of Amrop's global Professional Services and Technology & Media Practices.

Nicole Egeda Paustian joins Amrop from her previous role on the Executive Management team of one of Denmark's largest wine and spirits' companies. Previously, she was a Management Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Copenhagen. At BCG, Nicole was a core member of the Consumer Goods, FMCG and Retail practice areas. Additionally, Nicole has also worked within a broad set of industries and has been involved in strategy development, performance improvement programs, restructurings and M&A processes. At Amrop, Nicole is active within the Financial Services and Professional Services Practices.

Chandrasekar R. has over two decades of experience in general management, strategy, M&A and investment management in India, China, the Middle East, Europe and the US. Over the past 8 years, Chandra has held C-suite positions in various businesses of Suzlon, HCC, and Paras groups. Previously, he held management roles at Cemex, Standard Chartered Bank, MashreqBank and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has closed various private equity, strategic M&A and joint venture transactions across broad geographies. At Amrop India, his areas of expertise include the Infrastructure, Industrial, Energy and Financial Services sectors.
