His expertise includes executive coaching, strategic alignment and planning, strategic visioning and missioning, organizational transformation including M&A, and sales productivity & performance enhancements.
Prior to joining Amrop, Francis was the founder and President of a boutique talent management consultancy firm in China since 2007, where he developed a trusted and inspired clientele.
Earlier he was the President of Wilson Learning China, a leading global consulting company specializing in HR training and development as well as performance improvement consulting. He helped them build a strong brand and sustainable business in China.
Francis is respected as one of the best executive coaches and a master-level training consultant in the region. His highly effective communication skills and dynamic facilitation style, supported by his extensive business experience, have impressed many clients and participants from various cultural and industry backgrounds. He is passionate about his profession and is committed to providing the best value to clients.
Before joining the talent management consulting profession, Francis developed his career in sales & marketing roles at IBM & Reed Exhibitions. He holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Alberta, Canada.
